Coroner States That Margot Kidder's Death Was An Intentional Overdose

In a statement provided to The Associated Press, Coroner Richard Wood of the Park County Coroner's Office in Montana where Kidder lived said her death in May at the age of 69 was "a result of a self-inflicted drug and alcohol overdose".

Initial reports of Kidder's death in May said that she died in her sleep of natural causes, as The Inquisitr reported.

She starred in the Superman trilogy released between 1978-1983 as hotshot reporter Lane, who was also the love interest of Clark Kent - played by Christopher Reeve, who died in 2004. The coroner did not specify which drugs she took, TMZ reported.

Her daughter Maggie McGuane said on Wednesday that it was a "big relief" to have the truth out.

The actress who was bipolar told People magazine in 1996 about her mental health problem and revealed that she had taken an overdose at 14 and badly from suffered mood swings.

Drought suffering farmers get Federal support
The new package will provide an extra $140m (£154m) for lump sum payments to farmers and for mental health support. In fact, it discourages them from making the right decisions to achieve resilience.

Regarding her family life, Kidder got married three different times throughout her life and has one daughter, Maggie McGuane. "It's important to be open and honest so there's not a cloud of shame in dealing with this".

McGuane continued, "It's a very unique sort of grief and pain". The world mourned the loss of chef, celebrity chef, Anthony Bourdain and fashion designer, Kate Spade this past summer as well.

Kidder was born in Canada and spent decades acting in movies and television shows before and after Superman, including Some Kind of Hero, The L Word and Smallville.

A serious auto accident in 1990 left Kidder temporarily unable to work, putting her in debt. I want what I know about her to be out there because it was glorious.

The actress had publicly struggled with mental-health issues. Her most recent role was in 2017 with the indie The Neighborhood.
