Cape Town - The 55-man shortlist for the FIFA FIFPro World XI was revealed on Monday after votes from 25 000 footballers in 65 countries.

Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane have joined team-mates Virgil van Dijk and Dejan Lovren in being named among the top 15 in their positions. The FIFA FIFPro World11 is decided by the players, for the players and involves votes from nearly 25,000 professional footballers from 65 different countries.

UEFA Champions League title holders Real Madrid are the most represented club with 11 players.
