Tom Arnold, Mark Burnett Get Into Scuffle At Pre-Emmys Party

Tom Arnold

Shortly after the incident witnessed by others in the entertainment business, Arnold tweeted out, "Mark Burnett just went ..."

Arnold tweeted that producer Mark Burnett choked him at a pre-Emmys party Sunday in Los Angeles.

"Got this bruise tonight when Tom Arnold tried to ambush my husband Mark and me at a charity event".

What beef does Burnett have with Arnold? Arnold is hosting an upcoming Vice show entitled "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes", which premieres Tuesday.

Last month, Trump said that Burnett told him there were no such tapes. And he lets that man do all this bulls-, and he's in this town, and he's making money, and he let a sexual harasser work on his show? Arnold said at TCA event in July.

If Tom Arnold is the Deep Throat that brings Donald Trump down, it will be a fitting end to the cavalcade of C-list celebrity nonsense we're now living in.

What's Burnett's association with Trump now? It is believed that Fogel sought to take cellphone video of Arnold's encounter with Burnett. Arnold believes the tapes reveal Trump using the n-word and other epithets. "There's two people who have never called me a liar about the N-word tape: Donald Trump and Mark Burnett, because they know it's true". MGM is also unable to release the footage because of "contractual and legal requirements".

What's next for this scuffle?

Arnold, who said he was waiting for the LAPD, fired back, "Bullshit".

Both men were allowed into the party after things cooled down, but the fight and accusations continued on social media, with Burnett's wife Roma Downey accusing Arnold of assault and Arnold accusing Burnett of "choking" him in what Arnold's lawyer called an "unprovoked attack".

ET has reached out to reps for Arnold and Burnett as well as the police.
