Will Imran Khan's visit to Saudi Arabia further Pakistan's core interests?

"The Prime Minister has responded to PM Modi, in a positive spirit, reciprocating his sentiments". PDP, which was a coalition partner of the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir government till its fall on June 19 this year, was reacting to a tweet by Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Mohammad Faisal.

On the one hand, Khan, who was the Pakistan army's candidate in the recently held general elections, wants to resume the December 2015 bilateral talks which were suspended in the wake of the terror attack on Pathankot airbase. "We await formal response from India".

Khan said that the two countries should resolve their conflicts, including terrorism and Kashmir, through dialogue.

On Wednesday, the USA specifically said that Pakistan based terror groups like Jaish-e-Mohammad and Lashkar-e-Taiba, which operate in Kashmir, continue to pose a serious threat to the region.

Khan specifically wrote to PM Modi with an eagerness to organize a meeting between the two foreign ministers Sushma Swaraj and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

In a letter to PM Modi, Pakistan PM Imran Khan has said the only way forward for the two countries is through "constructive engagement".

Yes, the FBI Actually Has Investigated Allegations Like Christine Blasey Ford’s Before
Some of the signers are conservative, such as podcaster and former Republican National Committee spokeswoman Virginia Hume. There is some dispute over who actually said, "The ends justify the means", but there is no ambiguity over its meaning.

Oil on deferred payments might also be offered by Saudi Arabia just like in the past when Pakistan had to face worldwide economic sanctions after carrying out the 1998 nuclear explosions.

"Pakistan and India have an undeniably challenging relationship", he wrote. "Foreign Minister hadn't stated Indian PM had made an offer of dialogue but had said that Indian PM in his letter to PM Imran Khan, had also mentioned something similar to what Foreign Minister elucidated earlier i.e. the way forward was only through constructive engagement", read Pakistan statement.

Pakistan remains ready to discuss terrorism.

Trade, investment and economic ties also came under discussion in the meeting of PM Imran Khan with Saudi Crown Prince, state media reported.

"We have also assured the Saudi leadership that we will continue to provide security to their country and provide strategic support wherever needed", he said on the close defence partnership between the close allies. "As a common neighbour to Pakistan and India, China firmly supports the two sides to enhance dialogue increase mutual trust, properly handle and solve their differences", Lu said.
