A 12-year-old boy was among the dead.

Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na'alowa entered the offices of the Alon Group with a Carlo-style submachine gun, according to the Israel Defense Force, handcuffed Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel, the mother of a one-year-old boy, then murdered her by shooting her at close range.

CCTV footage showed a man carrying a rifle fleeing the scene.

Israeli border guards, police and military forces continue their massive manhunt for the terrorist who carried out the attack at the Barkan Industrial Park near the city of Ariel in Samaria.

Army spokesman Jonathan Conricus called it a "terrorist attack" but added that other unspecified factors were involved.

Meanwhile, the third Israeli settler, who was shot and severely injured in her stomach, was transferred to to the Beilinson Hospital at the Rabin Medical Center to receive medical treatment and is reported to be in moderate condition.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, for his part, vowed to bring the attacker to justice.

The Israeli army spokesperson released a statement saying, "The circumstances leading to the incident are still being investigated, and all angles are being examined".

More than 600,000 Jews live in about 140 settlements built since Israel's 1967 occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem.
