Here's What Kanye West Said to President Trump at the White House

Matt Barnes

"That was quite something", Trump finally said to laughter from astonished senior aides and journalists at the end of the soliloquy, which Kanye punctuated with bangs of his fist on the legendary Resolute desk, used by presidents since the 1880s.

It was a surreal scene even by the standards of a nonconventional White House.

West was at the White House to talk to Trump and his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, about prison reform, gang violence and manufacturing.

President Donald Trump meets with rapper Kanye West and former National Football League player Jim Brown in the Oval Office of the White House.

"You might not have expected a insane [expletive] like Kanye running up to support".

He told Trump that he tested in the 98th percentile for IQ and has been diagnosed bipolar, but then said he's sleep deprived. West wanted to discuss the availability of job opportunities for former convicts.

"I love this guy", West declared in the Oval Office.

Where did Kanye get his "iPlane 1" image from? "And this is what our President should be flying in".

On his way out the door, Jenkins reported that West said that he's going to Africa. This is our president. "This is our president, he has to be the freshest, the flyest, the flyest planes, the best factories and we have to make our core be in power".

West went on to say that black people "get caught up in the idea of racism". "And we met, and I just appreciate it very much".

McConnell undermines Trump and Senate Republicans with support for Murkowksi
During the vote, Murkowski withdrew her "no" vote, changing it to "present" instead, effectively pairing it with Republican Sen. Trump used the ceremony as a platform to decry the " campaign of political and personal destruction " waged against Kavanaugh.

Wearing his Make America Great Again hat in the Oval Office, 'Ye proclaimed his admiration for the controversial president before he told him about his purported misdiagnosis.

Greg Gutfeld ripped the media at-large for calling the Trump-West summit "bonkers" and appeared to "dog whistle" that the rapper has mental issues.

"I was very emotional and I was programmed to think from a victimized mentality".

It has rarely happened before in this administration, but on Thursday afternoon, Donald Trump wasn't the most puzzling figure sitting in the Oval Office.

"We feel that stop-and-frisk does not help the relationships in the city", Mr. West told the president.

Trump and West previously appeared together shortly after Trump's 2016 election in the lobby of Trump Tower in NY.

When the press in attendance tried to ask more questions, he once again yelled: 'I don't answer questions as simple soundbites.

"Nice of you to say that because that's a big thing", Trump responded.

West also discussed clemency for Larry Hoover, who is serving life in prison in a Supermax facility, calling him a "beacon" and "a living statue".

"Let's stop worrying about the future all we have is today", Kanye expressed in his lengthy speech.
