Barbra Streisand's driving on Carpool Karaoke spooks James Corden

The pair sang a number of Streisand's most iconic songs and covers including her duet with Donna Summer, "No More Tears Enough Is Enough", the titular track from the 1973 film The Way We Were, Funny Girl's "Don't Rain on My Parade", her new political anthem "Don't Lie to Me", and her mashup covers of "Imagine"/"What a Wonderful World".

"Yeah, a moment", she laughed. "If this is how I go out, I'll take it".

"So you're lucky", she joked with Corden. "I've just finished making an album and I don't usually put the radio on to hear music", Streisand said with a serious look on her face.

Corden is usually the one behind the wheel, but as the episode began Streisand was picking him up, since his auto had a boot on its wheel. On the latest installment of "Carpool Karaoke", which aired Thursday night, Streisand tells James Corden that she failed the test to renew her driver's license three times.

Red Sox Release Lineup for Potential Game 5 Clincher
The parade route began at Lansdowne Street and travels through Boylston Street past Boston Common, then ends near City Hall. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, for one, is pumped. "Different", Cora said before he strolled away.

"I've been driving for a long time, but I haven't driven recently because my mind is twirling and sometimes - well, not anymore on the phone, but it used to be", she said. Streisand claims she doesn't think she's a big deal, but she also has to admit that she's enjoyed the perks of it all the same, like the time she dialed up Steve Jobs to complain about a computing glitch or when she asked Tim Cook to personally ensure Siri pronounced her name correctly. "So what's a better way to change my name than by speaking to Apple?"

"I don't want to disappoint people", she told Corden, explaining that before every show, she now says "Let go and let God".

In fact, Streisand confessed, she had stopped performing for 27 years because her anxiety was too intense. "I get scared", she admitted. She received a Special Tony Award in 1970.
