Le’Veon Bell explains what is behind his upside-down tweets

Which member of the Panthers would you want on the Steelers

If you needed another update on where Pittsburgh Steelers running back is, we've got it for you. Pittsburgh resident John Maus, who posted a video of Bell on his Snapchat story, said the subject in his video is "110 percent Le'Veon" and his video was shot live.

The NFL's collective bargaining agreement is a complicated animal, and apparently even Le'Veon Bell is still learning the ins and outs of it.

Despite the video, there was no indication Wednesday that Bell had visited the team's facility.

Reports from earlier in the season suggested Bell needed to sign with the team by November 13 if he wanted to retain his free agent eligibility following the season. Bell remains absent from the team, though it was believed he would join the team following its upcoming game against Carolina.

Kim Jong-un to visit Russia: South Korean envoy
Vigilant Ace, suspended earlier this month, is one of several such exercises that have been halted to encourage dialogue with Pyongyang.

According to Kaboly's source, a franchise tag for Bell this offseason would be considered the third whether the running back reports by the November 13 deadline or not. That gives Bell the ability to negotiate with other teams and the Steelers the right to match, which would essentially be the same as him hitting the free agent market.

What that would mean is that in order to tag him next year as a franchise player, the Steelers would have to commit to paying Bell $25 million in guaranteed money.

Things like this are news because Bell has turned his entire holdout into a spectacle. But most people don't take the time to just simply read between the lines & that's clearly on them.

Until the issue is resolved, the Steelers will continue to lean on second-year rusher James Conner, who is enjoying a breakout year in Bell's absence.
