Lorde to Kanye West and Kid Cudi: 'Don't steal -- not from women'

In case you haven't heard, Kanye and Kid Cudi performed together under the name Kids See Ghosts (which is also the title of their joint album) not too long ago and Lorde took to social media to compare her stage design from Coachella previous year to theirs, pointing out how similar it was.

The performance sent social media into a frenzy, but Lorde wasn't impressed - penning an Instagram story, she accused Kanye of "stealing" her set design.

Comparing the images, she then showed Kanye and Kid Cudi in a similar floating stage at their performance in Los Angeles at Camp Flog Gnaw on Sunday. "But don't steal-not from women or anyone else-not in 2018 or ever", she wrote.

Kanye West is usually celebrated for his stage set.

It's been one of the most eventful years in Kanye West's career.

New royal family photos released for Prince Charles' 70th birthday
One snap shows Charles and his wife Camilla seated on a bench in front of sons Harry and William who are standing in the back. From the day he was born, the path was clear for Prince Charles .

Both stage designs featured a hydraulic, floating box that the artists performed from within, with lights casting long shadows to the back of the space.

Below are two of the five pictures that Lorde posted on her Instagram story. The singer appeared in the box along with her dancers, according to TMZ. After performing again, I realize the new album I've been working on isn't ready yet.

Neither Lorde or West have responded to the recent comments.

Following the Kids See Ghosts performance, West has further postponed the release of his new album Yandhi. "Thank you for understanding".
