OH father's punishment of bully daughter prompts outrage, accolades

Dad films daughter walking to school after she was kicked off the bus for bullying

Cox refers to her as a "lovely lady" who was kicked off the school bus for bullying another student - again.

An Ohio dad has become a viral video star after he posted footage of himself making his ten-year-old daughter walk five miles to school in freezing temperatures, KABC-TV (Los Angeles) is reporting.

Cox said he knew a lot of parents may not agree with his decision, but he was doing what he felt was right to teach his daughter a lesson.

Cox's video has been shared over 350,000 times and viewed over 16 million since Monday morning. However, he clarified to Toledo, Ohio, news station WTVG that the five-mile walk was actually broken up throughout Kirsten's three-day bus suspension. "As you can see this morning, she is learning otherwise".

Cox later took to Facebook to defend himself amid backlash, saying his daughter was not harmed by the punishment and that more parents need to hold their kids accountable as he did. The Ohio father shared video of her punishment as he slowly followed her inside his auto, as she walked in 36-degree weather.

A father in the U.S. has been slammed for the harsh punishment he dished out to his daughter after discovering she had been bullying another child.

Chelsea Confirmed Lineup vs Wolves: Morata, Loftus-Cheek start; Jorginho benched
The Chelsea boss will be rotating some players for the game especially with a game against Manchester City coming up next weekend. Maurizio Sarri's side also face MOL Vidi in the Europa League group stages and Bournemouth in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.

The 10-year-old told WTVG she herself had been bullied and now knows to be kind.

'I am doing what I think is right to teach my daughter a lesson to stop her from bullying'. "I'm not going to be another parent that's just going to brush things under the rug and say, 'Kids will be kids'".

"Let me make this extremely clear: Bullying is unacceptable - especially in my household", he said.

The video shows the student walking along a road with her backpack on and another tote in her hand.

She has a "new appreciation for some of the simple things in life she used to take for granted", he posted later. "And I hope that parents hold their kids accountable".

He says he hopes that other kids will see this and make the choice to be kind instead.
