Ubisoft teases next Far Cry game

Post-apocalyptic Far Cry to be unveiled tomorrow

However, given that the event doesn't start until tomorrow, the company has made a decision to publish a brief teaser trailer to get its fans hyped about what is clearly a new Far Cry title.

It's been barely a year since Far Cry 5 but Ubisoft is teasing a new Far Cry game already.

"None of us were ready for the end", a male voice narrates while leaves turn to ash and an unknown party brandishes a crossbow that appears to launch saw blades.

What can I play it on? . We don't know much about outside of that, but it looks like Far Cry will be taking some inspiration from Fallout and sending us into a post-apocalyptic scenario.

World’s first baby born via womb transplant from deceased donor
After five months, the uterus showed no sign of rejection, ultrasound scans were normal, and the woman was menstruating regularly. The woman's previously fertilised and frozen eggs were implanted after seven months and 10 days later she was confirmed pregnant.

A New Far Cry Game - What Happened In Far Cry 5?

According to the teaser trailer, the worldwide reveal of the latest Far Cry will be made during The Game Awards 2018. A teaser video released by Ubisoft has a monologue about how humanity wasn't prepared for a nuclear war and is living with the consequences.

Interesting stuff! The bucolic country setting seen at the beginning of the trailer strongly suggests the next Far Cry will take place on an atom-bomb-altered version of Far Cry 5's Montana map. The announcement seems quite sudden, coming not even a year after Far Cry 5 hit stores. Because of this, it seems likely that whatever this new game is for will be an entirely separate experience rather than just DLC for FC5.
