HBO Drops Our First Official Look At 'Game of Thrones' Season 8

It teased various series, including "Big Little Lies" and "Euphoria", and then slyly, in the middle of what seemed like old footage from "Game of Thrones", we got the first clip of the final season.

The group has finally reached Winterfell and it's clear that Sansa swears (coldly?) allegiance to the dragon queen.

In the brief footage, Daenerys is seen being introduced to Sansa, who now holds the fort at Winterfell, by Jon after their arrival from Dragonstone.

Although the clip was only around 2 seconds long, fans of the show were in a frenzy over these characters' tense meeting. The eight season was two years in the making and will feature six episode of nearly 1.5 hours run time each.

Syria conflict: Bolton says U.S. withdrawal is conditional
Bolton said US troops would remain at the critical area of al-Tanf, in southern Syria, to counter growing Iranian activity in the region.

The teaser also features first footage from HBO's "Watchmen" series, creator Damon Lindelof's new take on Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons' iconic graphic novel, which follows a group of vigilante crime fighters and superheroes as they move through a turbulent alternate history version of 1985. What are you looking forward to in both shows? The drama is set to bow in 2019.

Other than GOT footage there's also a look at Catherine the Great, starring Helen Mirren, True Detective starring Mahershala Ali and Succession starring Brian Cox as well as lots more.

Apart from Game of Thrones, another show that has been making headlines is Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon starrer Big Little Lies.
