PlayStation Plus free games for February 2019

No Caption Provided

To celebrate the long life the service had on the aging platforms, Metal Gear Solid 4 will be the final title offered for free on PlayStation 3. Divekick is promoted as "the world's first two-button fighting game". GDC is the Game Developers Conference which is scheduled for the week of March 18.

"The large increase in storage capacity lets you hang on to your favorite older titles and add-ons while still leaving room for new games". PS Vita (Cross-Buy with PS4) All six games listed above will be free to download starting on Tuesday, February 5th.

Unfortunately, if you're hoping that the lack of PS3 and PS Vita games will be bolstered by the inclusion of more PSVR or even Playlink titles. Additionally, Sony has announced they're upping their cloud storage for PlayStation Plus members playing on PS4 from 10GB to 100GB. Both of these games are compatible with PlayStation 4 too. Leading the charge for PS4 games is Ubisoft's unique melee fighter For Honor and IO's Hitman: The Complete First Season. That storage space is primarily used for game save backups, and for particularly hardcore gamers, it's an invaluable asset that prevents lost progress.

Nikola Jokic, Ben Simmons highlight first-time All-Star selections
The Oklahoma City Thunder centre missed out on being one of the seven reserve players added to the Western Conference team. The captains will first choose from the pool of eight starters before selecting from this pool of 14 All-Star reserves.

Once again, don't hang about and forget to download these games because they'll no longer be available once they're gone.

While we're on the subject of the next PlayStation, perhaps I should also take the time to bust a rumor. GUNHOUSE and Rogue Aces for PS Vita round out the freebies this month.
