
R. Kelly has announced that he will be setting out on a new tour, in the midst of the backlash over the docuseries exposing sexual assault allegations against the singer.
Because of allegations of sexual abuse surrounding the singer, Shayne Neumann, the Labor party's shadow minister for immigration and border protection in Australia, suggested his party would support Kelly being denied a visa, according to United Kingdom paper The Independent.
The scandal surrounding R. Kelly hasn't died down but it clearly hasn't prevented him from trying to make his coins. New Zealand | Sri Lanka see y'all soon! The singer didn't actually reveal any dates for the tour yet.
In 2002, Kelly was indicted on 21 counts of child pornography and most recently, was accused of holding young women in a "sex cult".

Kelly's career has been stifled since a #MuteRKelly campaign gained momentum previous year to protest his alleged sexual abuse of women and girls, which Kelly denies.
"In the wake of a Lifetime documentary "Suriving R-Kelly" in which multiple women, including his ex-wife, made on-camera allegations of emotional, sexual and physical abuse we need to let David Coleman, Minister for Immigration and Border Control that we don't want R-Kelly here!" the petition reads.
"If the Immigration Minister suspects that a non-citizen does not pass the character test, or there is a risk to the community while they are in Australia, he should use the powers he has under the Migration Act to deny or cancel their visa", senior opposition lawmaker Shayne Neumann said in a statement.
R. Kelly may be ostracized and repudiated throughout most of America, including in his own hometown of Chicago, but the 51-year-old "Step in the Name of Love" singer is betting he can regenerate his music career overseas.
