The man can then be heard shouting "USA" and "f*ck the media".

"This is a constant feature of these rallies - a goading of the crowds against the media", he said.

A video has revealed the shocking moment a BBC cameraman, Ron Skeans, was attacked at a Donald Trump rally in Texas.

BBC's Ron Skeans was reportedly attacked and shoved to the ground by an unidentified supporter and Time photojournalist Chris Morris was grabbed by the neck and shoved to the ground by a Secret Service agent during a separate incident.

Washington News Editor Eleanor Montague tweeted first-person footage of the attack on her cameraman, Ron Skeans.

"I'm very anxious that the hostility whipped up by Trump and some in conservative media will result in somebody getting hurt", tweeted Jim Acosta in response to the Florida incident.

How to watch Monday coverage of AT&T Pebble Beach Pro
In a weather-delayed finish, Phil Mickelson triumphed at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am - the site of this year's U.S. Open. "I'll deal with that in six months". "It's nothing like the course we'll see, " Mickelson said.

"I have been spat at before, they hurl abuse at American colleagues in particular".

Trump had used his rally to encourage support for his proposed border wall with Mexico, which he claims will protect the USA from violent criminals, drugs and a "tremendous onslaught" of migrant caravans.

A campaign official for Mr Trump afterwards suggested the attacker was drunk. "Here's a video of him being dragged out of press row". His relationship with the media reached a nadir in October 2018 when he called it "the true enemy of the people".

Just last week, Trump tweeted: "Someday the fake news media will turn honest and report that Donald J. Trump was actually a great candidate".

As President Trump talked about the current unemployment rate among minority groups in America, a man wearing a MAGA hat allegedly shoved a BBC cameraman, knocking both him and his camera over.

Mr Trump went head-to-head against counterprogramming by Beto O'Rourke, a former Democratic congressman and potential Trump rival in 2020, who argued that walls cause more problems than they solve.
