Nick Foles, Jaguars Agree Upon Four-Year, $88M Deal

Nick Foles

Nick Foles will be a Jaguar.

Foles will sign a four-year, $88 million deal with $50.125 million guaranteed, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo and ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Jaguars are expected to release Blake Bortles when Foles' deal becomes official, according to Rapoport.

Those two magic runs meant that Foles was going to get paid - the Eagles picked up his $20 million option for 2019, but Foles bought it out for $2 million, forcing the Eagles to try and decide if they should franchise tag him and then trade him.

Chance the Rapper Marries Longtime Girlfriend Kirsten Corley
The couple's marriage certificate, obtained by Chicago Tribune , shows they signed their marital documents on 27 December 2018. Chance The Rapper and Corley have been dating for a couple of years and shared a 3-year-old daughter.

Last season, Foles was 4-1 in five starts for the Eagles completing 72.3% of his passes with seven touchdowns and four interceptions, averaging 282.6 passing yards per game.

Foles had stepped in to replace starter Carson Wentz, who had suffered a torn ACL late in the season. But the Jacksonville Jaguars are apparently willing to think that Foles can be PLAYOFF FOLES for an entire season. With Wentz once again injured, Foles led the team to a playoff win over the Bears before falling short in the NFC Divisional round at the New Orleans Saints.

Eagles general manager Howie Roseman said in February that "it's hard when you have someone who is incredibly valuable to your organization, the most important position in sports. but at the same time, [Foles] deserves an opportunity to lead a team".
