Advertisers locked out of Ads Manager amid Facebook's outage

According to downdetector.com, users began reporting outages just before noon.

Facebook's main product, its two messaging apps and image-sharing site Instagram were all affected.

Facebook continues to work on the issue affecting its family of apps.

Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger have all been affected by the partial outage across the USA and Europe. Facebook users it seems like in the US, UK and India are certainly facing issues regarding logging into Facebook. Facebook said it was still investigating the overall impact, "including the possibility of refunds for advertisers". It's worldwide, but appears to be hitting the USA and Europe particularly hard.

The issues affected users around the globe, with people in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and South America reporting problems.
