Juventus coach, Allegri to leave Serie A champions - club

Massimiliano Allegri

Massimiliano Allegri will leave Juventus at the end of the 2018/19 season after five years at the Serie A club.

"Massimiliano Allegri will not sit on the Juventus bench in the 2019-2020 season".

The Italian born tactician took charge of the Serie A club in 2014 and has won the league title every single season since he joined them.

The report claimed that the two English clubs are "lining up" for the chance to appoint Allegri, who won five successive Serie A titles with Juventus this summer.

However, this season was still seen as a disappointment as the signing of five-times World Player of the Year Cristiano Ronaldo failed to prevent Juventus being knocked out of the Champions League in the quarter-finals by Ajax Amsterdam.

Yes, That Was Aaron Rodgers on Game of Thrones
Rodgers made a mysterious tweet back in April about the fantasy series, using a hashtag that says "Episode 5 should be good". It's been a highly-anticipated season and last night, the second to last episode was aired.

Allegri's name shot up the bookmaker's list of favourites to be the next permanent coach at Inter Milan and Chelsea, despite both sides already having men in place.

The decision is believed to have been reached by mutual consent following a series of meetings between the manager, Juve president Andrea Agnelli and club directors Pavel Nedved and Fabio Paratici, with the end result being Allegri's departure from Turin a year earlier than the length of his contract.

Allegri's final game in charge of Juve will be at home to Atalanta on Sunday. "I'm not going to go to Juventus, I am not going to move to Italy", Guardiola said in a news conference ahead of the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Watford at Wembley (11:55 a.m. ET, ESPN+). I have two more years here. I am satisfied working with this club, with the people here.

"How many times do I have to say I am not going to Juventus or Turin", Guardiola said. I'm not going to move. "Next season I will be manager of Manchester City".
