Hope Hicks Interview Transcript Released: Read It Here

On Thursday, former White House Communications Director Hope Hicks gave an nearly eight-hour testimony before the House Judiciary Committee in which she defended Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign - but was nonetheless blocked from answering questions dozens of times. But they determined she was limited by something very close to that power: Hicks "may not be compelled to speak about events that occurred during her service as a senior adviser to the president", said Purpura.

In that hearing, as CNN's Abby Phillip discovered and shared on Twitter, Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler repeatedly referred to Hicks as "Ms. Lewandowski", the last name of former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, with whom Hicks has been romantically linked and about whom numerous committee's questions inquired.

Hicks said she didn't have "any direct knowledge" about whether Cohen discussed the hush-money payments made to Stormy Daniels during the 2016 campaign.

She also revealed no one in the Trump campaign asked her "to lie about matters of substance or effect".

Earlier on Thursday, an expert witness told the committee at a public hearing that Trump's remarks to ABC could violate the presidential oath of office and provide evidence for any future impeachment inquiry.

The 273-page transcript, released by Democrats who lead the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, chronicles eight hours of closed-door testimony that Hick provided the panel on Wednesday as part of a congressional probe of possible obstruction of justice and other misconduct by Trump.

Lieu said that Hicks and the White House attorney objected 155 times to questioning from the House Judiciary Committee.

Freddie Mercury's Time Waits For No One unearthed
The show broke records during its two-year run and featured acting legend Sir Laurence Olivier and music icon Cliff Richard . Clark worked on finalizing the track for almost two years after unearthing the recording in his personal archive.

But those were rare comments in a hearing that the White House has described as a violation of constitutional law separating the legislative and executive branches of government.

Democrats asked ask Hicks about several of those episodes, including efforts to remove Mueller from the investigation, pressure on former Attorney General Jeff Sessions and the firing of FBI Director James Comey.

"I don't think that was a joke, based on what I saw", Hicks told the committee, adding that she would not accept such information from a foreign source today and would report any such offer to federal authorities.

"We're sending this up for litigation, they're going to get destroyed in court, we're gonna call Hope Hicks back", he said.

Speaking of attempting to obtain dirt on political rivals from foreign agents, Hicks claimed that the president's famous July 2016 appeal to the Kremlin was made in jest.

She also gave a few examples of insubstantial lies. She said she did tell "white lies" for what she described as less important matters like his schedule availability. "The failure of the president to allow us to do our job has I think, made this a necessity". "I've said that he would love to participate in an interview when I know that that would not be his first choice". She said they did not discuss her testimony.
