Kevin Hart has been discharged from the hospital and being treated at a rehab facility following his September 1 auto accident in Los Angeles, a source tells People magazine.

About a week after comedian Kevin Hart wrecked his Hellcat-swapped 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, California officials are using the accident as a platform to change future vehicle legislation.

He went on: 'But look, I love the guy. I connected with him today and you know what? And honestly, thank God. On the other hand, Hart's wife did not need any kind of medical assistance.
