Sunday is expected to be windier, with gusts up to 25 miles per hour, and Monday night could bring a patch of rain after 8 p.m., forecasters said. It'll be even colder Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the 20s and lows in the single digits and teens. The lake-effect snow will taper off Tuesday evening.
