Following LSU's dominant win over Clemson in the CFP National Championship Game, former Tiger Odell Beckham Jr. was seen inside the winning team's locker room handing out dollar bills to numerous players including Heisman Trophy victor Joe Burrow.

Joe Burrow #9 of the LSU Tigers takes the field with teammates Myles Brennan #15 and Peter Parrish #8 prior to the College Football Playoff National Championship game at Mercedes Benz Superdome on January 13, 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The only thing that's unclear is if Odell handed the real money to Burrow on the field or at the bars afterward. not that it would make that big of a difference.

Burrow: Umm... yeah. I'm not a student-athlete anymore, so I can say yeah.

Man Utd axe training camp over Middle East tensions
Just a precaution and looking forward to getting back at it Wednesday". When he plays well for us, that will happen by itself".

Beckham, now with the Cleveland Browns, is perhaps the most famous LSU player to come out of Baton Rouge in recent years and his love for the program knows no bounds.

LSU officials originally said the money was fake, however the school's athletic department said on Wednesday that new information suggests that may not be the case.

Oh right. That was cleared by the NCAA. The school initially said that the money was fake, but the stunt is now being investigated.

LSU coach Ed Orgeron was asked about the bills and said it was the first he was hearing about it. He looked like he was having a pretty good time after the game celebrating and perhaps he just got caught up in the moment.

Following the championship parade this weekend, Burrow will have to prepare himself for the upcoming NFL Draft.
