Hulu drops first trailer for Hillary Clinton docuseries

Nanette Burstein left and Hillary Clinton participate in the Hulu

"Clinton appeared in the media tour in support of this Hulu four-part documentary series" Hillary", that details the prior U.S. Senator and Secretary of State's time around the 2016 Presidential campaign path through never-before-seen footage.

"Hillary" will premiere on Hulu on Friday, March 6 - two days after Super Tuesday, at the height of the presidential primaries.

Of Sundance, she said, "I've heard it is the most incredible experience and you can stay up for two weeks straight and see films from all over the world".

Clinton said she hopes the film, which will premiere on Friday, March 6, will spur conversations about the current state of US politics. She told us that perhaps she could have done more to change that in ways she presented herself, but doesn't really have any ideas of what might have been done differently that would have mattered.

"But I also know that I was this lightning rod", she added, "and I was somebody who people were quick to judge, often having nothing to do with me, but with the times and with the attitudes about women". In the documentary, there's a quote from Clinton in the first episode (from 2016) about how the optimism of 2008 has been replaced by anger and vitriol in a way that we don't yet understand.

Breaking Down The Stats That Matter Ahead Of Liverpool Vs Manchester United
If United want to stand a chance during the game, they must prevent Liverpool from scoring quickly. Now that is a record Liverpool do NOT want to break.

PASADENA: Hillary Clinton said she experienced several humbling moments while doing interviews for and watching a new documentary about her life, her surprise loss in the 2016 USA presidential campaign, and the polarizing attitudes she inspired throughout her five-decade career. Burstein, however, had a more ambitious goal and wanted to craft a "bigger story" that is "part of the arc of women's history", per Deadline. It is nearly a truism to say that we can look at what's happening politically in our country right now and be so discouraged, so frustrated, even disgusted, that it just turns you off.

Content creation company Propagate cofounder Howard Owens called it one of the most "compelling political documentaries in history".

Voters must act thoughtfully "because Lord knows what will happen if we don't retire the current incumbent and his henchmen, as (House Speaker) Nancy Pelosi so well described them", the former first lady said. "And I would just kind of blow it off, brush it off and not think about it".

The filmmaker said that a main goal was to help people see "this is a historical figure that incredibly polarizes and why". "So, part of it was the timing that I came on the national stage, what I chose to do, which was extremely controversial. This is a election that will have such profound effects", said Clinton.

"I hope voters, citizens, activists, everyone who knows that you have a share - that's everyone - in the kind of future that we should build together, speak out and use every platform you say have". And for the Democratic voters, try to vote for the person you think is more likely to win. "Because at the end of the day, that is what will matter - and not just in the popular vote, but the electoral college". The second was, "we've got to somehow understand that you can't make good decisions in a democracy". Check out the first trailer for the documentary series below.
