Ghost Recon: Breakpoint announcement leaked

Set for release on October 4 for PC, Xbox One and PS4, the game will follow on from Wildlands by allowing full 4-player co-op across its stealth-action focused open world. Skell Technology - the fictional company that first appeared in 2017's "Ghost Recon: Wildlands" - has a compound there, along with an army of lethal autonomous drones.

The titular breakpoint is about a shift from recon to survival for the Ghosts as drones strike and down your chopper en route. Players will discover Auroa, a mysterious island where the most technically advanced facilities meet wild and untamed nature. Auroa is Skell's base, but with the island going dark, the Ghosts are sent in. You'll do battle with The Wolves, a group of former Ghosts that have gone rogue.

Players will also be able to choose among thousands of customization combinations to create their flawless Ghost, and keep their character and progression through the game, in both the main campaign and Player-versus-Player (PvP), available at launch.

TRUMP WARNING: UK faces United States santions unless it stops helping Iran
A spokesman for Iran's Atomic Energy Organisation said on Thursday Tehran's goal was to bring the agreement "back on track". President Donald Trump has already started this process by announcing sanctions on steel, aluminum, iron and copper.

The latest mission for Wildlands has you teaming up with Walker, a Ghost team leader who lost his squad to enemy drone tech and blames the Central Intelligence Agency for it ending up in cartel hands. Player-vs. -player combat will be available at launch, along with four character classes.

Of course, because this is a gamer that's out in 2019, there are different versions available, and the shiniest most expensive ones grant earlier access.

After launch, expect regular updates featuring new story arcs, classes, features and a new type of endgame content: Raids. It launches on October 4 although you can start playing a few days early on October 1 with a gold or higher pre-order.
