Reason Meghan Markle took a step back for balcony appearance

Meghan Markle may not have had newborn son Archie with her on the balcony for the Trooping the Colour festivities on Saturday, but thanks to the latest addition to her jewelry collection, he'll always be with her, wherever she goes.

As the new mom took a break from her maternity leave to step out with husband Prince Harry, eagle-eyed fans spotted a new ring on Meghan's finger, which she wore alongside her wedding band and engagement ring.

It was one-year-old Prince Louis' debut at the event, but considering how enthusiastically he was waving, it seems the Cambridge child is ready for royal duties.

Meghan Markle, 37, has made her first public appearance in a new pic in over a month, since days after she gave birth to baby Archie Harrison Mountbattan-Windsor on May 6. Sources say that Prince Harry and Meghan plan to keep their son out of the private eye as much as possible, and will only be appearing at "big family occasions".

Braves agree to deal with Keuchel
Multiple reports say the 31-year-old left-hander was seeking a long-term deal this off-season, but teams did not bite. Pitching is a key concern for the defending NL East champions as they try to chase down the Phillies.

The celebration was the official birthday party, but the Queen's actual birthday is on April 21, where she turned 93 this year.

There are some invitations you can not refuse, particularly when it is your grandmother-in-law's birthday party, and she is the Queen.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex travelled from Buckingham Palace in the same carriage as Kate Middleton and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, to the Horse Guard Parade.

And on Saturday, a grand parade known as the Trooping of the Colour marked the official birthday of the reigning British monarch. - AFP A full view and close up of the Queen's horse-drawn carriage.

The name of the parade derives from the custom of the various regiments showing off their regimental flags, then crucial on battlefields for troops to recognise in the fog of war.
