Neymar can leave if the deal benefits all: PSG

"The whole building is in ruins", Muna Abdirahman, a witness, said. "We mourn her loss deeply, and all others killed in the Kismayo attack", the minister added.

Nur said Nalayeh's death is a tragedy, not only for the Somali community, but for Canada as a whole.

In a recent podcast, Nalayeh said her television programme about the Somali diaspora gave the community a voice.

Somali Journalists Syndicate said Nalayeh has two children.

It was the largest coordinated attack by the Shabaab in Kismayo since 2012 when it lost control of the city.

"This is an attack meant to derail progress in Somalia as the country rebuilds and consolidates the gains made on peace and security", said Francisco Madeira, special representative of the chairman of the African Union Commission.
