Captain Siya Kolisi, director of rugby Rassie Erasmus and vice captain Handre Pollard are expected to arrive later on Tuesday night.

The loosehead's final global game was in Saturday's 32-12 World Cup final win over England where he was again in sparkling form, forcing a number of penalties out of Eddie Jones' side. "We salute you and will miss you in green and gold".

"The people back in South Africa know exactly what it feels like to have your back against the wall... people might be learning from us, but everything we took and did there, we got it from the people in South Africa", Kolisi said of the support.

"We won because we wanted it a lot".

"I was listening to the speeches of Siya and Rassie and they were along the lines of uniting us and giving us hope".

"Rugby has united us".

White House may exempt vape shops from e-cigarette flavor ban
The Health Department says the smoking rate in NY high school students dropped from 27 percent in 2000 to 4.3 percent in 2016. Despite this and recent efforts to crack down on retailers selling to youth, rates of teen vaping have continued to rise.

Kolisi said that his upbringing was anything but a walk in the park or a bed of roses, adding that the circumstances of everyday South Africans trying to achieve their goals was what propelled the team to win.

Tendai Mtawarira of South Africa embraces his children on the pitch following victory in the Rugby World Cup 2019 Final between England and South Africa at International Stadium Yokohama on November 02, 2019 in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.

Just one black, winger Chester Williams, featured in the 1995 World Cup-winning and there two wingers, JP Pietersen and Bryan Habana, in the side that conquered the world 12 years later.

"It's exciting times for rugby in our country - in two years' time we welcome the British & Irish Lions to South Africa in what will be a typically tough and uncompromising series, and in 2022 we're hosting the Rugby World Cup Sevens in Cape Town", he said.

"Also to our media corps, who help spread the message of rugby to our fellow countrymen and women, your work has not gone by unnoticed".
