Liverpool's Salah out of Egypt games with ankle problem

Salah missed Liverpool's draw against Manchester United in October after a tackle by Leicester's Hamza Choudhury injured the same joint.

Liverpool are sweating over the fitness of star man Mohamed Salah for their game against Crystal Palace as the forward pulls out of the Egypt squad with an ankle injury.

Salah scored in Liverpool's 3-1 win over Manchester City on Sunday before being taken off in the 87th minute.

In a further update to the injury saga related to Mohamed Salah, the Egyptian star has been pictured wearing a protective boot.

Salah is now expected to head back to Merseyside to be fully assessed by Liverpool's medical team but he Liverpool Echo says the attacker is considered as a doubt for their Premier League trip to Palace on November 23rd.
