Resurfaced Recording Contradicts Michael Jordan’s Dream Team Claims

Michael Jordan actually refused to play with Isiah Thomas on Dream Team

Michael Jordan's claim that he had no part in his rival Isiah Thomas being left off the USA's Olympic "Dream Team" have been contradicted by a new audio recording. "(Thorn) assured me. He said, 'You know what? In The Last Dance Jordan admitted he still had "hate" for Thomas, stemming from an incident when the Detroit Pistons refused to shake hands with the Bulls after Chicago's victory in the 1991 Eastern Conference finals.

Rod Thorn, who as general manager of the Bulls in 1984 had drafted Jordan, was assigned the most important task: pulling the prize catch into the boat. When producers asked Thomas about it in the doc, he said he thought "all of us would make a different decision" if given a do over.

Though a bit warbled, Jordan's ultimatum is clear: "Rod Thorn called me". Whether you consider MJ saying he wouldn't play if Isiah were on the team is the same as him saying don't put Thomas on the team is semantics. "They got Michael on tape saying 'Chuck don't want Isiah on the Dream Team.' That's DALY! When you lost, you left the floor - that was it", he said.

"It was insinuated that I was asking about him".

Indiana Jones 5: Logan's James Mangold Confirmed to Direct
Hopefully, their combined efforts will be enough to make Indiana Jones 5 worth all the pitfalls necessary to do so, respectively. We can expect that the movie will be interesting to determine where Indiana Jones takes us next on a mysterious adventure.

"Before the '92 Olympics, Rod Thorn calls me and says, 'We would love for you to be on the Dream Team, ' Jordan said in the documentary". "He said, 'I'll do it.'".

"There was never anything in my conversation with [Jordan] that had to do with Isiah Thomas, period", Thorn told Golic & Wingo. Isiah's name never came up during that conversation.

Jordan said, "Who's all playing?"

A resurfaced interview of Michael Jordan has revealed the National Basketball Association star may not have been telling the truth about his involvement in a rival's Olympic Dream Team exclusion. "I met the criteria to be selected, but I wasn't".
