Sacha Baron Cohen Dupes Right-Wing Militia With Prank

Sacha Baron Cohen Infiltrates Right-Wing Militia Event With Shocking Racist Sing-Along

In a video that is breaking the Internet, comedian Sacha Baron Cohen can be seen singing racist lyrics at a rally organised by a right-wing militia group, The Washington State Three Percenters.

The centerpiece of this prank was a musical performance by Cohen as a country singer, dressed in overalls, a cowboy hat and bushy beard where, onstage, he performed a blatantly racist (and ridiculous) song encouraging people to attack liberals, the World Health Organization, CNN, Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and others.

Needless to say, it was a somewhat unwelcome surprise to organisers when Cohen - dressed in a red skivvy and blue overalls, fake beard, and a big hat - proceeded to play a song that referenced a number of far-right and racist conspiracies, from the coronavirus being a hoax, to it being created in a lab in Wuhan, to threatening to "inject [Obama] with the Wuhan flu".

It gets worse: "Obama what we gonna do/Inject him with the Wuhan flu", he sang in the chorus. WHO, what we gonna do? Event organizers revealed the actor had posed as someone who wanted to sponsor the rally, and enlisted his own security who then blocked organizers from pulling him off the stage once he began performing.

Millions of Yemen children may starve for lack of fund
The UNICEF report got here on the heels of a warning by U.N. humanitarian chief Mark Lowcock who advised a closed U.N. Water and sanitation techniques have collapsed resulting in recurrent cholera outbreaks.

The crowd sang back to Cohen repeating the lyrics to him. He repeatedly mentioned "the Wuhan Flu", a phrase some lawmakers have used to blame China for the spread of the novel coronavirus, and talked about "chopping them up like the Saudis do".

They posted their own video showing organisers admitting at the event that they got "catfished" by the stunt and called it "a hit job from extremists" created to divide America.

The councilman went on to say the crowd eventually turned on Cohen, and he was taken away by his security to an ambulance that was close by.

Baron Cohen was honored previous year by the Anti-Defamation League because of his record of using humor to fight hate, including through his Showtime series "Who is America?" which satirizes American politics.
