The Ohio Department of Health reported 926 new COVID-19 cases in the state on Saturday, bringing the total number of cases to date to 56,183.

Dallas County turned in a one-day record of 708 new cases Friday, along with seven COVID-19 fatalities. There have been 2,907 COVID-19-related deaths reported in OH to date.

In Sunday's report from the Indiana State Department of Health, Marshall County's cases increased by 10 to 492, Starke County increased by one to 93 and Pulaski County's numbers rose by two to 64. The first COVID-19 related death in Montana was reported in Lincoln County in March.

Jefferson County and Birmingham were quicker to institute rules regulating businesses and masks in the pandemic's early days.

Cases in Allegheny County increased 150 cases overnight. Consistent mask-wearing is critical to preventing the spread of COVID-19.
