23 new cases of COVID-19 in BC, none in Northern Health

Currently, nine people are hospitalized, marking the first time in the pandemic the number has dropped below 10 with three in critical care.

There have been 16 domestic flights either arriving in Vancouver or departing from Vancouver that have had at least one COVID-19 positive person onboard.
