Ellen DeGeneres addresses workplace allegations after completed internal investigation

Ellen Degeneres and her wife Portia may be heading towards a breakup and the price tag for their divorce could be a hefty $500 million

In fact, it has so little information it kind of reads as if DeGeneres had a lawyer help her through the verbiage - assuming she's even the one who wrote the letter, which is signed by her.

The host added she was "glad the issues at our show were brought to my attention" and that they are "taking steps.to correct them". And takes responsibility insofar as that her name is on the show. "To think that any one of you felt that way is bad to me", she concluded her letter, adding that she's grateful people felt "safe" enough to come forward with their experiences.

However, all this has been put into question after an investigation was opened due to many accusations from former and current employees about bullying and a lot of toxicity at the working place.

"On the first day of our program, I informed everybody in our very first conference that The Ellen DeGeneres Show would be a location of joy- nobody would ever raise their voice, and everybody would be treated with regard".

While Warner Bros. executives didn't comment on the new allegations, they gave a new statement after launching an investigation into the show, insisting they, "hoped to determine the validity and extent of publicly reported allegations and to understand the full breadth of the show's day-to-day culture".

The 62-year-old has received praise for her generosity and wonderful interviews but all this is reportedly all for the camera, according to former and current staff who complained about what goes behind the scenes.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show set is rife with sexual harassment and is led with fear and menace, a number of former employees have alleged.

Why might some people who have not had Covid-19 have immunity?
Some studies suggest it better predicts whether someone has the disease than other well-known symptoms like fever and cough. Datta explained that such damage would have the potential to permanently alter a person's sense of smell. "Dr.

She said the COVID-19 pandemic kept her from delivering her comments in person to staffers.

"When Ellen DeGeneres came to Australia to do her show in 2013, I was the executive producer of the Today show, so we partnered with them".

DeGeneres said she had also realised that people who worked with and for her were speaking for her and misrepresenting her and that "that has to stop". "You don't talk to her, you don't approach her, you don't look at her","' Breen said. "But I can tell you the people who work with her walked on eggshells the whole time".

Warner Media said this week that officials have identified "several staffing changes, along with appropriate measures to address the issues that have been raised".

"Warner Bros. and Ellen DeGeneres are all committed to ensuring a workplace based on respect and inclusion".

"While my job as head writer is to come up with jokes - and, during that process, we can occasionally push the envelope - I'm horrified that some of my attempts at humour may have caused offence".

Leman said that during his 17 years on the show he has never been made aware of a single staff complaint about his behaviour.
