Bane Might Be In 'The Batman' Hints Dave Bautista

Batista Addresses Rumor That He’s Slated To Play Bane In Upcoming Batman Movie

From a guardian of the galaxy to Batman's rogues' gallery.

"The Batman", directed by Reeves, will star Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, with Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis and Colin Farrell rounding out the cast. The 51-year-old admitted as much on Twitter on Friday, responding to speculation that he might be in contention to play the villainous Bane by saying that it wasn't true, but he had tried his best to be cast. One villain that constantly gets brought up is Bane, a.k.a. the man who broke the Bat.

Now whether that means Bane is actually in the movie is unknown, as it could mean Bane is in the movie but Dave Bautista didn't get the part or that Bautista reached out to see if Bane is in the movie and that he wanted the role, but Bane isn't in the film.

25 new cases of COVID-19
People are being urged to exercise extreme caution this bank holiday weekend to halt the spread of Covid-19. The Ministry of Health reported on Saturday that there are 25 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19.

Dave Bautista replied to a fan's tweet on whether he's playing Bane in Matt Reeves' The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. Obviously this could enhance his physique when the villain uses venom to pump up his body.

When the fan tweeted, "I just read an article speculating that @DaveBautista may be, should be, could be, playing Bane in the new #Batman movie with Robert Pattison".

Dave Bautista has forged quite an impressive movie career over the last decade or so. Do you want to see Robert Pattinson's Batman take on Bane in a sequel? Let us know your views in the comments section below. The Batman will also feature the hero making use of his detective skills more than what we've seen before in previous iterations of the character.
