TMZ has learned that Cardi B is apparently done with her marriage to Offset.

Singer Cardi B has reportedly filed for divorce from Offset, her husband of three years.

We will update this story as more details come out. Cardi filed for divorce in Fulton County, Georgia and the hearing is now set for Nov 4, 2020. She filed the paperwork on Tuesday.

The latest court documents reveal Cardi B and Offset as separated. She reportedly states in the divorce documents that they're now separated, and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation".

There's also this. according to the court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. Additionally, Cardi wants Offset to pay child support, though it's unclear how much.

Cardi B and Offset Wednesday in 2017 after he sporadically asked for her hand in marriage and she agreed.

In October 2017, Offset got on bended knee at the Philly Powerhouse concert. and Cardi accepted his ring right then and there. They recently celebrated their daughter's second birthday with a lavish party in LA back in July. The couple also once split after one year of marriage back in 2018 amid allegations of Offset's infidelity. The bartenders alleged Cardi, believing Offset had an affair with one of the women, ordered an attack on them. As we first reported. their nuptials were a bit unorthodox from the jump, and nearly went backward (publicly speaking).
