In head-to-head town halls, Biden beats Trump in audience

Marquette Residents Opinion on Town Halls

"Could you imagine if I lose?", Mr. Trump mused.

The race for the presidency takes another stop on NBC & ABC.

In their dueling town halls, the Democratic presidential candidate reached more viewers on ABC than Trump did for NBC News Thursday night. "I'm not gonna feel so good".

"My lord! It's not disappearing, in fact it's on the rise again, it's getting worse, as predicted", Mr. Biden said.

Washington, Oct 17 (IANS) US President Donald Trump joked that he would have to leave the country if he loses the November 3 election to his Democratic rival Joe Biden.

While campaigning in 2016, Trump had said that if he lost the Republican nomination for president, he would not remain in the public eye. All the president's security personnel and support staff were wearing face masks when Air Force One touched down, but Mr Trump and Florida's Republican governor Ron DeSantis were bare faced.

Gareth Bale set for his Spurs return
The Spurs boss lavished praise on chairman Daniel Levy and said: "With the number of players, yes". We even had a helicopter at the training ground to take him and bring him back.

Mr. Biden, meanwhile, was campaigning in MI, where he ripped into Mr. Trump's handling of the coronavirus - the strongest issue of his campaign.

He also homed in on another area where Mr. Trump has run into regular controversy - his often lacklustre responses when asked to condemn White supremacists.

"Mishandling the pandemic isn't enough for Trump", Mr Biden charged.

The president was seeking momentum on the campaign trail a day after he and Mr Biden squared off in duelling televised town halls that showcased striking differences in temperament, views on racial justice and approaches to the pandemic.

"It's an organized crime family, as far as I'm concerned", the president said at an event aimed at seniors in Fort Myers, Florida.
