Trump Posts '60 Minutes' Interview After Complaining Anchor Was Biased

President Trump shares photos from '60 Minutes' interview

The pair proceeded to spar over a myriad of topics: whether Trump has been joking when begging suburban women to like him on the campaign trail; whether Trump does enough to encourage his supporters to wear masks; whether scatter-shot executive actions on health-care policy amount to a replacement for Obamacare; and whether the president's propensity for name-calling alienated voters.

"Look at the bias, hatred and rudeness on behalf of 60 Minutes and CBS", Trump said in post on his Twitter profile on Thursday morning, with a link to his Facebook page, where he posted the almost 38 minute interview. Mike Pence was also set to be interviewed but after Trump cut off the conversation with Stahl, Trump refused to come back during Pence's interview.

But, he said, the CBS star had the "audacity" to ask him to find out if his audience would stay calm if Trump loses, "or was I going to urge you to raise hell out there".

President Trump made good on his threat to release his own tape of his "60 Minutes" interview with Lesley Stahl.

In video of Stahl's later encounter with Pence, she said "you both have insulted "60 Minutes" and me by not answering any of our questions and by giving set campaign speeches that we've heard both of you give at rallies". That's no way to talk.

"You're so negative", Trump said.

As Stahl commented at one point that Trump was offering attack after attack, Trump responded: "It's not attack, it's defence".

Plus, multiple vaccines are being studied - shots made with different technologies that each have pros and cons. Miles Braun, a former FDA scientist now with Georgetown University School of Medicine.

The footage, which according to the New York Times, was recorded by a member of his staff "for archival purposes".

CBS News on Thursday called out the White House for violating an agreement it had with the network and posting U.S.

CBS News said Trump had disregarded the agreement to keep the footage private, however, it added that it will not defer it "from providing its full, fair and contextual reporting which presidents have participated in for decades".

At the end of the almost 40 minutes, Mr Trump complained: "Are you ready for tough questions".

"The biggest scandal", Trump said however, "was when they spied on my campaign". That's even though, just Saturday, during a Muskegon rally where the crowd chanted "lock her up" about the governor, Trump responded by saying: "Lock 'em all up".

She said she was upset by how the interviews had gone. "That's enough. Let's go", he says before getting up and leaving.

On Thursday morning, CBS "This Morning" aired a short preview of Trump's "60 Minutes" interview that he reportedly walked out on because he was unhappy with "60 Minutes" anchor Lesley Stahl's tough questioning. It's abundantly clear from the get-go that Trump thinks a "fair" interview is one where he's allowed to lie, misdirect, deflect, and not be forced to talk about things that make him look bad, like his disastrous response on the coronavirus pandemic.
