Serena's daughter not to take lessons from her mom

Serena Williams holds her daughter Olympia

It looks like Serena Williams' 3-year-old daughter is officially following in her footsteps!

In the video Williams can be heard saying, "You guys, I signed Olympia up for tennis lessons".

Before her big lesson, Olympia watched some film of her mom playing the US Open, though she prefers cartoons.

It seemed that this tennis mom also wanted to get Olympia started on technique before she even held a racquet in her little hands. Glad Serena changed her mind about those tennis lessons though, because this is the type of content we like to see!

Instead of taking on training her daughter herself Williams said she has prepared a trainer to teach her, but she's attempted to do so without alerting them to her famous mother. "So I'll make sure she's good at teaching Olympia some techniques".

She also shared a video of her and her daughter watching old tennis matches to study before her first lessons. I know how to, like, leave and be.

He made his way back up to the front but with 70 laps to go, the engine on his Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet went up in smoke. His win clinched advancement to the championship race at Phoenix - a tough pill to swallow for his legion of haters.

In a viral video clip, Olympia pointed to her mom on the court and waved, while exclaiming "Mama!"

Serena - whose sister Venus has also enjoyed a stellar tennis career - explained: "When I'm too anxious I lose matches, and I feel like a lot of that anxiety disappeared when Olympia was born".

This wasn't the first time Williams had introduced the sport to Olympia.

She said: "I don't need the money or the titles or the prestige".

"Knowing I've got this handsome baby to go home to makes me feel like I don't have to play another match". "I'm not an overprotective mom, no matter what Alexis [Ohanian] says".

Williams' left out one minor detail, she did not tell the coach who she is. "I kinda just jumped into it without knowing what to expect or what to do and it's been by far, the best thing I've ever been a part of".
