10 people killed at Colorado supermarket

Active shooter reported at grocery store in Colorado: Boulder police

It was the deadliest shooting in Colorado since the Columbine High School massacre in 1999, in which two young killers murdered 12 students, one teacher and injured other 21 people.

At least three people are reported injured, but no deaths so far. Sheehan said he could not provide additional details but did say that "we have been notified we will not be receiving any additional patients".

A graphic live feed from the store appeared to show at least three motionless bodies at the scene, two in the parking lot and another inside the market as gunshots can be heard in the background, suggesting that the shooter opened fire before entering the store. SWAT officers carrying ballistic shields slowly approached the store as others quickly escorted frightened people away from the building, some of its windows shattered.

"One of the biggest scary texts he sent, he just said, 'I love you guys". He said they started running to the back of the store and employees helped them out the back door.

10 people were killed, including a police officer, in a mass shooting at a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado.

Sarah Moonshadow, 42, a customer and Boulder resident who was in the store with her son, Nicholas, recounted scenes of pandemonium as gunfire rang out from inside the store.

They said to come out with hands up and unarmed. Without that quick response, we don't know if there would've been more loss of life. "We had to go".

Outdoor dining now allowed in Toronto and Peel
Previously, indoor seating limits had been restricted to 10 patrons across the board, which angered many restaurant operators. This brings the total to 915,653 doses since the campaign began, representing about 10.8 per cent of the population.

Witness James Bentz told the Post that he was in the meat section when he heard what he thought was a misfire, then a series of pops.

Schiller then says, "Look there's - " but doesn't finish his sentence as two gunshots stop his speaking.

Police said the suspected gunman, who was arrested, was believed to be the only individual with serious injuries who survived the bloodshed.

Gov. Jared Polis said in a tweet, "My prayers are with our fellow Coloradans in this time of sadness and grief as we learn more about the extent of the tragedy".

"We have multiple people who were killed in this incident". Commander Kerry Yamaguchi of the Boulder Police Department told reporters several hours after the fact that investigators were just starting to process the crime scene.

"I can share with the public today, or this evening, that there is no ongoing public threat", he said, speaking in a news conference outside the scene of the shooting.

Police units from across the state including Jefferson County, Erie, Longmont and West Metro SWAT as well as Federal Bureau of Investigation and ATF units responded to the scene to support Boulder PD.
